Alternative and Digging Deeper into the Bible Projects
These projects are extra projects that you may choose from when you complete the regular work of the class. They are not required, but you are to work on one of these if you are finished with your classwork.
Not required, but if you would like to share any of these projects with the class when you finish them, you are welcomed to do so.

The Fruit of the Spirit
- Fruit of the Spirit
- Choose one of the Fruit of the Spirit from Galatians 5:22-23.
- Find a verse in the Bible that highlights that trait of the Spirit.
- Choose a Bible story and give a summary of the story and how someone in that story showed that they had the trait (Fruit of the Spirit).
- This can be done on paper, a PowerPoint, poster, fold, diorama with written descriptions, or a booklet.
- What to include:
- Title (The Fruit of the Spirit)
- The description of the Characteristic
- The Bible story the illustrates that characteristic
- Picture(s) illustrating the Fruit of the Spirit and the Bible Story.
Disciples of Jesus
- Disciples of Jesus
- Research one of the Disciples of Jesus using Who’s Who in the Bible book, through a website, or the book Twelve Ordinary Men by John MacArthur.
- Write some highlights of that person. Describe their personality or things they said or done.
- How did they meet Jesus? What happened to them after they met Jesus?
- This can be done on paper, a PowerPoint, poster, fold, diorama with written descriptions, or a booklet.
- What to include:
- Title (The Name of the Disciple)
- How did that person meet Jesus?
- Describe the person by what he said, what he did, what happened to him.
- A picture representing that Disciple.
Hall of Faith
- Bible Hall of Faith
- Choose a person of the Bible and make a plaque of their life highlighting their faith in God.
- Write out a brief summary of their life story and how they put their faith in God.
- This can be done on paper, a PowerPoint, poster, fold, diorama with written descriptions, or a booklet.
- What to include:
- Title (The Person of Faith)
- The description of the person in detail
- What he or she did to show faith in God
- A picture of the person like a Hall of Fame Picture.
- You can include other pictures to tell the story if you wish.
